1. Accepted Payment Methods
1.1. We accept payments primarily through Stripe, Coinbase, Crypto.com, Orange Money and MVola which supports various credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express) various crypto wallets (e.g., Metamask, Coinbase Wallet, Trustwallet) to connect and many assets to generate a payment QR-Code for manual payment. We also accept other local mobile payment methods depending on availabilities.
1.2. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Coinbase, Crypto.com, Orange Money and Mvola. We do not store your full payment card details nor private keys nor mobile codes on our servers.
2. Currency
2.1. All prices on our marketplace are displayed in Malagasy Ariary (MGA) in Euro (EUR) and United States Dollar (USD)
2.2. Your payment will be processed depending on the chosen payment method. If your bank account or credit card is in a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion rate and/or foreign transaction fees. Please check with your bank or card issuer for details.
2.3. You can change the currency upon checkout to view and change the payment options.
2.3.1. Crypto payments are available for MGA, EUR, USD.
2.3.2. Credit Card payments are available for EUR and USD.
2.3.3. Mobile payments are available for MGA or EUR.
3. Payment Processing
3.1. When you place an order, the payment amount will be authorized on your chosen payment method. The actual charge will typically occur when the Supplier confirms your order or when the item is shipped.
3.2. For card payments, while we initiate refunds promptly, we cannot ensure or guarantee the exact timing of the refund appearing on your statement, as this is subject to the processing times of your bank or card issuer.
3.3. For cryptocurrency and Mobile Orange Money wallet payments, we ensure real-time refunds, meaning the funds are returned to your wallet immediately upon processing the order or refund.
4. Payment Security
4.1. We prioritize the security of your payment information. Our payment gateway, Stripe, uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your financial data during transactions. For crypto and Mobile Orange Money payments, the security relies on the inherent security features of those respective platforms.
4.2. We do not have access to your raw credit card numbers or banking information.
5. Cryptocurrency Payments
5.1. We accept payments in specified cryptocurrencies. Primarily in USDC. The exact cryptocurrencies accepted will be displayed at checkout.
5.2. Transactions will be processed via Coinbase Commerce or Crypto.com. To initiate payment, you will connect your chosen wallet or be presented with a QR Payment code. If you connect your wallet, we provide the necessary payment information directly to the connected wallet, eliminating the need for manual entry of complex wallet addresses and ensuring the correct network is used. If you choose to pay via the QR Code, you are responsible for any loss of funds, during your own transaction.
5.3. Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies, we automatically convert your chosen cryptocurrency to a stablecoin (USDC – USD Coin). This process helps eliminate volatility concerns for businesses and provides a simple, secure way for customers to pay with their preferred cryptocurrencies.the value of a refund in fiat currency may differ from the original purchase price in fiat currency at the time of refund. Refunds will be processed in the cryptocurrency originally used for payment.
5.4. While USDC is a stablecoin, the value of a refund in fiat currency may still differ slightly from the original purchase price in fiat currency at the time of refund due to minor fluctuations or network fees. Refunds will be processed in the cryptocurrency originally used for payment, or in USDC if the original payment was converted.
6. Mobile Orange Money Payments
6.1. We accept payments via Orange Money and MVola, primarily for transactions within Madagascar or regions where this service is available.
6.2. Mobile Orange Money Payments
6.2.1. You are responsible making the transaction and enter the correct order number presented on your screen during checkout.
6.3. Mobile MVola (Yas/Telma) Payments
6.3.1. You are responsible making the transaction and enter the correct order number presented on your screen during checkout.
6.4. Refunds for Orange Money and MVola payments will be processed in real-time to your to your mobile wallet.
7. Failed Payments
7.1. In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be processed until a successful payment is made. We will notify you if a payment fails and provide instructions on how to complete the payment. If you have payed to a wrong number, wallet or network or you have not payed at all, your order will be canceled within 6 hours. If you used a wrong reference please contact our support as soon as possible to get your order processed and not canceled and refunded.
8. Changes to Payment Policy
8.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
